An award-winning facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Lieberman attracts patients from around the world seeking natural, effortless results. He studied neuroscience with honors at Stanford, earned his medical degree at Cornell, where he received the school's top academic prize and early induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He then returned to Stanford for residency in head and neck surgery before completing a fellowship with world-renowned surgeon Dr. Vito C. Quatela.
Winner of the Jack R. Anderson Prize for the highest national score on the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery examination, he was named one of Newsweek's America's Best Plastic Surgeons. He specializes in the L&P Signature Facelift and Neck Lift, rhinoplasty, and hair restoration — and is a dedicated humanitarian, performing ear reconstruction for children through Help Us Give Smiles and pro-bono surgery for survivors of domestic violence.

Dr. Sachin S. Parikh
Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon · Co-Founder, L&P Aesthetics
One of the Bay Area's leading facial plastic surgeons, Dr. Parikh completed his residency in head and neck surgery at Stanford, where he was awarded two prestigious research grants and developed a state-of-the-art surgical simulator. He was then chosen for one of only 43 advanced fellowships in facial plastic surgery awarded each year, at the New York Center for Facial Plastic and Laser Surgery.
Focusing exclusively on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, he is renowned for the deep plane face and neck lift and has published extensively on evidence-based facelift techniques, eyelid surgery, and rhinoplasty. Alongside Dr. Lieberman, he leads the practice's AAFPRS fellowship, training the next generation of top facial plastic surgeons. A lifelong advocate for access to care, he founded FSUCares as a medical student, has served on humanitarian missions across Latin America, and consults happily in medical Spanish.

Dr. Steven A. Curti
Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon · Medical Director, L&P Aesthetics Los Gatos
Dr. Curti graduated summa cum laude and second in his medical school class from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. He then completed his residency in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, along with a Master of Business Administration. He refined his craft in Palo Alto through fellowship training directly under Dr. Lieberman and Dr. Parikh, absorbing the natural-looking aesthetic the practice is renowned for.
He believes no single treatment fits every face: he works closely with each patient to build a personalized plan spanning the most advanced surgical and nonsurgical techniques. Today he serves as medical director of L&P Aesthetics Los Gatos, caring for patients interested in every form of facial rejuvenation.
