Topicals do genuine work on skin quality: crepey texture, fine lines, and pigment-based discoloration. They can improve the appearance of fluid-related puffiness. What no topical corrects is structural change: true hooding from excess eyelid skin, fat pad descent, or tear trough hollowing. Those are surgical or injectable questions.
